     The Public Safety Group

BASIC TELECOMMUNICATOR

 

A five week interactive class designed to give the attendee the basic skills needed as a Public Safety Telecommunicator. Chapters include: Roles & responsibilities, legal aspects, interpersonal communications, technologies, telephone techniques, call classification, radio communication and stress management.
