We send you a copy of the basic training program for your review. You determine where you need to add agency-specific information. You send us an electronic form of your additions. We add the additions to the manual in your desired areas. You order as many or as few manuals as you need. Customization cost is as low as $250.00. Individual manuals are only $39.00
