The When Seconds Count® dispatcher in-service training program is the most innovative training method currently available. Each month you will receive a copy of the training by email or U.S. mail. Your agency can then copy the booklet and distribute a copy to each of your employees. The agency’s cost to train all of your dispatchers is only $549.00 per year.

When Seconds Count In-Service Training does offer certification.
You can purchase certification with your training. After your communications professionals have taken the enclosed test, fax or mail a signed roster to us, and we will print and mail the certificates to you.
- Certification for up to 10 dispatchers – $825
- Certification for up to 15 dispatchers – $995
- Certification for up to 20 dispatchers – $1,125
- Certification for up to 25 dispatchers – $1,250
*Prices are NOT in addition to the $549/year.
